Brazilians/Latinos - Bisexual???

Just an observation, folks: So many of the Rentmen ads for Brazilian and other Latino men list them as "bisexual." I realize that many of the guys who advertise might like the flexibility that it gives them when they self-list as "bisexual," but I've noticed that so many Brazilians/Latinos - in particular - self-list as "bisexual."

 

Is this just a coincidence - or is there something more to it than that? (Just curious.)

From my experience visiting there (Brazil, that is, don't know about the other LA countries) it seems like many of the guys (also the women) don't place themselves in categories. They'll fuck/be fucked by whatever they like. Perhaps because they know that we are much more black or white they do that to fall into some category. Of course there are plenty of exclusively straight men.

@musclelover, it's a question of culture. In many Latin cultures, machismo is the dominant patriarchal view. In other words, a "real man" may fuck whoever he wishes to fuck and remain a man. Many of these "real men" consider themselves straight, though modern cultural norms have shifted somewhat so bisexual is more frequently used now. That's a gross oversimplification, but it's essentially why so many escorts from Latin cultures list themselves as bisexual. Really speaking many guys in middle eastern,Africa, East europeans, Czech boys, south asia, latin america consider bottoming as feminine act. They are mostly top and identify as straight. However to get on this site and mingle with gays they identify atleast as bisexual to make them feel good rather than calling themselves as gay. Most of these guys don't want themself to be called gay. They have view that identifying themsilves as straight or bisexual the male dominance is present in them. Also another thing to notice that most of these guys are tops unlike in here in USA where bottoms are in plenty more than tops.
