Not sure that would qualify as an "erotic" massage, which is one of the types his ad says he offers. Sounds like a sensual massage at most.

Marcell has a nice smile and body, but he comes across as uninterested in the experience. His massage is light and not enthusiastic. And if you’re looking for extras, know that he ONLY offers “erotic massage, nude, nothing else” (his words from a text). In a nutshell: disappointing.
