The walk-up-and-grab approach hasn’t worked well for another overweight, slightly more famous film producer

You have all gone overboard and overthought this whole thing, turning it into a conspiracy theory to somehow "dupe" you.... Taking away all the glitz and glamour of a "produced" piece, just focus on the situation, 2 guys, physical opposites, the "perceived" more attractive one being approached and propositioned by the "perceived" less attractive one , and rejecting his advances. Period.... Happens ALL the time in gyms, bars, clubs,

coffee shops, busses, subways, laundromats, the workplace and even Church... So I laugh when you say this is a made up situation, blah, blah, blah. Dude, if you think hard enough, you will remember at least ONE time YOU'VE gotten rejected, and it was probably because your looks didnt appeal to the person you were interested in ? OR just maybe YOU were the one doing the rejecting ? Its a normal human response. So there's no conspiracy theory here, just a dose of Reality, which just may be a bit hard for you all to swallow.... I think the ultimate issue here was the "delivery" of the rejection, but keep in mind everyone may not have your "manners" or finesse when it comes to social discourse. I just usually say "Get the Fuck away from me, Troll " ! :p

I think the part people think is made up is the blatant fat shaming rather than just "You're not my type. Sorry."

I think it's pretty plausible. Some people who are attractive don't like to believe that it's mostly a result of lucky genes and youth and come up with reasons that they're superior. Or maybe the gym bunny was once heavy himself and is contemptuous of overweight people.

It is plausible that the horse is real and was fed with very spicy grass.

The initial title of the short film catches your horror, but then after the first 30 seconds of the film, you learn that this “gay muscle jock” didn’t just mosey up to the other guy using a machine at the gym and unload on him - he was being hit on. I think broadly speaking you probably should adhere to the practice of staying in your lane (unless you’re going to offer him cash of course ;)). Or just wait 6 or 8 months until your gym transformation is complete, then have a crack at him.

If you're being hit on... there are nicer ways to say thanks but no thanks.

Just be grateful Davey Wavey didnt make an appearance !

Davey Wavey is hilarious and definitely reaches a younger audience with good info - as well as fluff of course

That doesnt make him any less annoying and obnoxious. He gets a pass only because people think he has a hot body. I can tolerate him with the sound OFF.

we all have opinions

The complainant did not make this audio. It was appropriated, using a conversion-to-voice system, from a text story site. He opens by describing his position on a continuum from "cow" to (idealized) muscle jock. That is the giveaway for being indifferent to his situation.

who the hell turned this into Harvey Weinstein's style behavior just because of one single phrase of a conversation?

the conversation is about far more than that. but that tension/discomfort of unwanted sexual attention is a piece of the thread.

Everyone has a type. To say that isnt true is a lie. It's how the rejection is delivered that matters. One can be polite or one can be an ass about it.

Hugs,

Greg

Yup, what was it about sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never break me. Words are just words-what you let them do to you-is on you.

It does hurt initially when people say mean, nasty, sometimes true, sometimes false stuff about you and in some places it may impact you on jobs, relationships etc-but those are different. These scenarios-just treat it like water off a duck's back. Else we become like Trump, so thin skinned he has to react to everything anyone says about him. Who cares, you think I am a troll fattie reaching above my league or whatever -fine, buzz off -on to somebody else you gym freak!!

On a deeper level there may be behaviors etc that may be need to be changed, but as I grow older, I am fine with the way I am in life, don't want to do too much work on myself-I mean I will die one day anyways-came close once. I have learned to live with my faults, learned to be happy, figure out what I want and glad for people who are along for the journey. You may think I am an ogre-fine that is a good laugh for me and I move on to others and not give power to your thoughts one more second.

I have found that when one guy DENIES me his cock, there are 3 others that want to feed it to me.... I find it interesting, and always a challenge.

True. Now with kids ,do not go out much. But it is amazing for a "normal" person, the options are quite bountiful and back then I was a fattie. We each bring something to the table that someone likes-so enjoy that!

Don't go upto Chris Hemsworth and expect him to be your sex slave-he may-but if not move on!
