Looks like Paul Baressi but wouldn't swear to it. The cheesy soundtrack music would seem to put it in the late-70s, early-80s "pre-condom" era, probably shot on 16mm, but again that's just a guess.

The music actually comes from Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet ballet music. I also thought the movie was from the 70s. Thanks for the Paul Baressi guess.
