It's dishonest and scammy. He's posting sexy pictures to imply a sensual massage with a HE. He's "advertising" on Grindr to bait and switch guys into procuring his non-sexual massage services. He's benefiting from the fact that 90% of massage clients don't ask up front, "Will you be nude, offer mutual touch and a release?" When they see his MasseurFinder ad based in his shirtless picture they just assume it's that kinda massage. So he's making good money implying one thing and delivering something else. AVOID

Yes. His rate isn't crazy even for purely therapeutic in this region of America IF he's as experienced and educated as claimed. But, if he's doing as @FrequentMassageGetter says, then he's worth avoiding.

Maybe this is part of the problem... a therapeutic massage just done in someone's apartment should not cost $140. That's spa-level pricing, with amenities. Even in Los Angeles.

That's your opinion. I know quite a few very experienced and educated professional therapists who charge $150-200 per hour in the SoCal area. Like any professional, they're free to charge what they believe the market will accept and all of them do very well for themselves.

For people who are looking for therapeutic help to manage pain, avoid surgery, recover from an injury, and more, a highly experienced and educated massage therapist is an excellent choice. No other paramedical or medical professional can do what the best MT's can do and I personally believe they deserve to make a great living.

I don't think he's straight...

I really think he is straight.

He mentioned last time I saw him that he had a friend who was "new in town" and borrowing his table. He said the guy was trying to make money doing massage. His friend didn't enjoy touching guys and wanted to do women and found some guys to be creepy. Next he said he told the friend it gets easier "touching guys" and that he "got used to it" after a while. That was why I think he's straight. The way he said that to me was like an admission of sorts.

Hell, he may just be denial and is really a closet fisting bottom, for all I really know. But he def gave an indication he's enduring a small hardship massaging men. Not to say he's not good at massage. He's actually very good compared to others. I've seen him multiple time, is always nude, with good body contact and I know he can/does do an mechanical ending. But it took him a while, so I'm not shocked hearing he doesn't do it for some people.

I'm more shocked by the guy who said he was hard the whole time during a massage. I've only seen him with a semi one time only.

I had to take him out of the rotation because I think he's handsome and I started wanting a bit more sensuality from him. Which clearly isn't in his repertoire with me.

I was referring more the type of picture that publishes in MF... it makes you think he offers sensual/erotic. Mentioning grindr was just to give context more than anything. He has a lot of shirtless and suggestive photos. Kind of misleading I'd say.

Goes with the territory in massage advertising. I went to a guy once whose ad was full of very provocative pictures (although no explicit dick pics), and during the massage, he mentioned how insulting he found it that clients assumed he did erotic massage and/or escorted. Go figure.

I had the opposite experience of most people here. Not so great massage with elbows involved in a bad way. I would venture though that he's definitely not straight or at least bisexual. Most straight people don't do what he did for the price that I paid.

It all depends on what bills were due the next day. Desperation has a strong influence on flexibility. Or he may have found you attractive or interesting or who knows? Human sexual activity is very complicated.

Massage should always be scheduled for the 29th of the month.
