You might like Tongkat ali. But, as @Funguy pointed out, make sure you' re able to take it.

He said he could get rock hard when he was horny, such as with an escort he liked, but sometimes it didn't work when he was with his bf. (I know he loves his bf, maybe their sex doesn't go well)
