Do hereby find Michael Jackson ____________ or ______ ____________

of child molestation.

Take a guess - let's hear what you think the verdict will be.

I personally think he is guilty but think the verdict will be Not Guilty. Either that or a hung jury.

Honestly, I haven't been following it -- just looking at the headlines.

I'll trust the jury. I've been on a couple of them and came away both times with a renewed faith in the system. I may have been lucky but both juries were really good. Both juries had people of very different backgrounds on them. But everyone really did try to find the truth of the situation. I was honestly impressed at how people who had started out pretty blase about the whole thing took it really seriously and cared that justice was done regarding people they'd never seen before and would never see again.

He is guilty as sin BUT because of a lackluster prosecutor, he probably will be found innocent because of there being some reasonable doubt. From what I've been able to read about the jury, they seem to be a bunch of capable individuals.

"If" and When this "Circus" does come to an end.. and "IF" a Guilty Verdict is found...Just where do they put him? He sure wouldn't survive in a "Typical Prison Environment" for very Long...You can have the "Greatest Butt" in the WORLD, BUT a Skinny-Child molestor sure doesn't cut it with just about anybody. Except Maybe another Child- Molestor! :+

I just hope that if the jury decides to convict Jackson, they convict him for molesting children, not for being eccentric.

I hope that he didn't molest any kids, but most of the media coverage I've seen concentrates on his weirdness, so its hard to make a decision. To me being weird and being a child molester are two separate things. Its not that being a child molester is normal, but I've always seem a gap between the two in Jackson's case.

I would be surprised if he were found guilty. I think he is a child molester, but this trial has been a circus, with shifting ground from the prosecution, bizarre witnesses who should never have been called and no clear proof. The prosecutor clearly has it in for Jackson on a personal level, and I am sure that will weigh in the jury's decision.

The LA County jail is the first stop. They already have a special cell for him reserved. MJ is a special case and his security will be a nightmare for all involved with the jail/prison. MJ would spend about 2-3 months at the LA county jail then be transferred to a state prison for the remainder of his sentence. If MJ is found guilty, he will be taken away in custody immediately following the verdict being read.

I think the victim and family are just about the worst possible people for the prosecution to have had to deal with, sleazy at a lot of levels, and I think they set him up, but I also think that he jumped into their trap and was guilty of the charges. I think the jury will find him guilty.

I think FFF has nailed this one! That's exactly what I expect to happen.

Since I didn't see, hear, and/or read all the evidence I can't really say if he's innocent or guilty. But, I do think he has every intention of leaving the USA permanently and making his home in Europe.

I "think" he'll do this to avoid further prosecution and to ensure he maintains custody of the kids. I've heard that his former wife plans to sue to custody. But, that would be rather difficult if Jackson is outside the country.

He is guilty as sin? How do you know?

A lackluster prosecutor? No one has gone after an individual as steadfastly as this DA.

Will be found innocent? There is no such finding available to the jury.

They seem to be capable? Huh? How do you know that? What have you read about the jury to come to that finding?

But don't get me wrong, you do seem to know what you are talking about!!!

I agree with this assessment completely. I believe he probably has molested children, but the family they picked to prosecute him was a poor choice. They seem to have a long history of being troublemakers for celebrities. I'm concerned as to why this was the best victim they could put forward. I haven't followed the trial closely enough to know if the prosecution proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt. But why couldn't they find victims without all that funny history?

I will amend my post to say that I don't exactly agree 100%. After looking back at the response I was responding to, I'm not so sure the jury will find him guilty. But I agree that he probably is guilty, and that the victim/family are fishy.
