In the British Yahoo group for this soap actor (Philip Olivier) someone asked if the actor had ever been "gunged or pied".

 

Does anybody know what that means?

Don’t know if this is correct, but I saw some trashy show (probably HBO's Real Sex) and there was a segment on food fetishists who got off on covering each other with sticky, slimy stuff and then having sex. It just happened to be a group of those whacky Brits and I’m pretty sure some of them referred to it as “gunging.” I suppose “pied” could be along the same line with pies.

Finally, a topic on which I can add something useful! Gunge is used as a noun, adjective or verb, in certain British gay circles to refer to a fetish for messiness.
