Even though you don't trust Indian sites, one of my friends has bad side effects with Viagra, (headaches, blue vision) so he ordered generic Cialis (Tadalafil) from Alldaychemist and found it very effective. Neither my friends nor I have ever had a credit card compromised dealing with Alldaychemist.

A friend of mine once said something like "A pretty penis is a joy forever' or words to that effect. While I'm a total top, I agree with those sentiments 100%. And I, very luckily before I quit hiring, had the great privilege of seeing yours once in person, Ace. It was definitely a joy to behold ( and envy-inducing I must say). There may be an easier way in the US of A. Get the doctor to write for the generic of Revatio. Then look up the Goodrx website or app. I'm currently paying about $23 for 50 - 20 mg tablets-i.e. about $2 a tablet using the coupon from Goodrx at Safeway.

 

The deal about using either Revatio or generic is that due to the way the pills are compounded -fillers and etc -they may not be absorbed exactly the same way as brand name Viagra. So while they should work-they MIGHT work quicker or take longer to work-in addition the dose you need might be slightly different due to differences in absorption. But I doubt the difference would be anything significant.

Revatio is indicated for pulmonary hypertension. It may be formulated to deliver the proper amount drug (Sildenafil) to control this type of high blood pressure. Crushing/compounding may not be the right thing to do, there is a risk of drastically low blood pressure using it for recreational use. This is why it is available in many different strengths, the right dose for a specific person. I haven't heard from my patients taking it for that condition how it affects their libido. Maybe silence is good? Compounding pharmacists are A LOT more savvy than I am in the compounding of Revatio for use in erectile dysfunction, not sure if there's an FDA ruling on allowing it. Something to ask a compounding pharmacist.

 

I have referred many a patient to GoodRx.com for coupons. Very good site! Hope this helps those considering erectile dysfunction treatment and/or recreational use of the Sildenafil-like drugs. Either Vardenafil (Levitra) or Tadalafil (Cialis) is going generic sometime soon, there may be a little saving$.

My doctor initially prescribed a bunch of 20 mg Sildenafil tabs, and said to try 3 of them each time. She said some people need more and some need less. So for me, 60 milligrams makes me really, really stiff when I want to be for the next few hours, but lets me go soft when I'm not engaged, and has some noticeable beneficial effect the next day.
