No I wouldn't.

In theory it's a nice idea...but a week on a gay cruise ship will test even the best relationships.

I've gone on many and spent time on several with client / escort couples that I've met on the boat.

By day 3....it's always a mess.

Its best to go solo and have fun.

If a floating bathhouse with 3,500 rooms which you cannot leave, serving liquor in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean is one's idea of an ideal getaway with an escort, then you'll probably only need to do it once to find out that it's a really bad idea.

Of course one's fun, is not necessarily everyone else's fun.

But there's a reason why the disturbance in the water at the stern of the ship is called a wake.

I've done MANY cruises with clients that wanted "the cruise experience" for the first time, we well as with long time regulars. The key to making it work is HONEST communication about what's expected.

With the exception of my last cruise (and subsequent firing of a client), they've all been quite enjoyable.

You also never know what other working guys you'll meet on board!

Definitely proceed with caution....do your research on the escort, excursions, parties you plan to attend, etc.

Beware the cruise.

I've always thought this video casts Abel in a bad light.

I think his feelings are earnest but to me he comes off

as whiney and/or extremely naive. I cringe every time

I watch it. That's not an emotion you want your potential

clients to have when they watch your online videos.

A client invites you on a 12 day cruise as a "friend" and

agrees to pay for everything?

Newsflash!...."friends" don't do that.

This isn't a friendship gone bad....it's a messed up

client-escort realtionship that was shipwrecked by

poor communication on both sides. It's not the first

and it won't be the last.

I'd also worry that if I hired Abel and the encounter was

less than ideal, I'd have to watch an online video review

of it from Abel one week later. Again, not something you

want your potential clients to be thinking about.

Cruising with a client takes a strong, honest relationship: Adding the social bullshit of it being an Atlantis or RSVP cruise can test even the best of people's good intentions.

Unless you have a previous track record of successful travel with this person, I'd say to seriously consider how bad things can go in a 200 sq ft room over the course of 7+ days.

All of that negativity aside, I've done a ton of cruising with my clients, both gay and normal boats. It's been awesome :)

would you invite an escort for an Antlantis cruise companionship and what would be your offer as client?

I would invite an escort on an Atlantis Cruise and my offer would be to pay for the cruise and all the expenses, including spending money, plus his time, whatever amount he thought that was worth, however speaking for myself only I would want exclusivity, so detailed communication as to what I would expect would be very important, especially on an Atlantis Cruise. As @Ace says, the key to making it work is "HONEST" communication. I also would not take an escort unless I was comfortable knowing that we would get along as companions, and that the escort would be willing and able to accommodate my wishes.

A little off topic, but I learned my lesson long ago that traveling with an escort, paying their travel expenses, but not for all of their time, is a mistake.

I would never take an escort, or anyone other than a regular, long-term friend/partner/lover on a gay cruise.... and while I've done gay group cruises on mainstream ships, I've avoided all-ship itineraries.

I would maybe start with a non-gay short cruise, such as the 3-4 night ones that often cover a weekend. By day 3 if it is messy it is at least ended or ending soon. I agree I have also thought that video of Abel's did not show him at his best, but I also think a 12 night cruise out of the gate is a huge time obstacle.
