I got so that I just couldn't eat another spoonful of yogurt - stayed away from it for a year or more. I have started eating it again in small servings, but I don't like it much. I'm just eating it for the probiotics.

I do kombucha for the probiotics and caffeine and (to me) deliciousness.

Kombucha is that tea with the culture floating on top of it, isnt' it. I first encountered it in Santa Cruz 15 or so years ago. As I remember, it has a tart taste to it.

I have read this thread and took extra precautions to ensure I would be absolutely clean before meeting my escort last week. The night before I took a laxative and showered thoroughly the next morning before the appointment. The laxative was more powerful than I expected and while with the escort I suffered leakage. 2. Gently encourage a nice poop any time beginning 12 hours before playtime.

 

3. No eating after poop and before play.

 

4. Thorough shower with particular attention to the parts of my butt I can reach, soon before meeting.
