Backpage NY Nightmare

Yes, I know I should have been smarter....

 

Met this guy :

It was bad enough that what I ordered and what got delivered were not the same. Worse, he used my phone and address to bring up my FB page and started threatening me with "exposure" if I didn't give him a generous tip. I threw him out - he was intentionally loud to get the attention of the neighbors - and then I discovered that he had stolen from me.

 

BEWARE.

Gawd that sucks. So Sorry. Most all of us have had this experience. "He looks so good. Just what I want tonight." Then it's just horrible. You live and learn. But don't give up. Get right back on that horse. But, at least for this next time, choose one of the "stars" who either frequent these pages or have many reviews HERE. (Not on Rentmen, backpage, M4RN, or anywhere else. Here.) Dive right back in. It'll build your confidence back up. And Miss "kinky-verse-visiting" will slowly fade away. You may end up with a scar. (I sure as hell have a couple.) But it'll be better soon.

Thanks. I am actually feeling relieved, because I realize how much worse it could have been. I love this site because it give us, as a community, the chance to avoid being taken advantage of. What bothers me is that this guy is out there preying on other people.

Or get a Google Voice # it's free. You can use it on your computer or download the app. They recently updated it and now you can send & receive pictures.

 

Google Voice on its own is still a unique option out there, and all the alternatives I scoured for still didn’t offer the free phone number, along with free calling and texting capabilities without some kind of catch.

That's horrible. Change your settings on Facebook so that everyone can't search for you by phone number.
