I'd say give him a shot. Looking at when the "Reviewer" first become a client is Vital. At least for someone who doesnt have many reviews. His one review is from someone whose been around since 2015 so chances are he's legit. the Beautiful thing about Vegas is if he's not it's not hard to find a "Plan B" unlike the smaller cities.

Dear Gentlemen, I had the pleasure of meeting up with Vance Taylor this last weekend and I couldn't have been more pleased. So Vance and I communicated for a few days and confirmed an appointment. He texts me 45 mins before our scheduled appointment and tells me an "emergency" came up and can no longer meet. then that he was going to "take some time off". His RM ad disappeared soon

there after, and I haven't seen or heard of him since.

I saw Vance a couple of times. Incredible experience. He told me he was taking a short break and I heard from him a couple of times later, but then he disconnected his phone. My guess is that he's not coming back.
