Have you tried www.planetromeo.com, @marcelproust? It is a site where a lot of European escorts advertise. I don't know if there is a section on Venice, but it is worth a look.

When you look on PlanetRomeo, you don't see Venice listed at first. But if you click on the region "Veneto," you'll see Venice in that category. As of today, there are 20 ads for escorts in Venice.
