Now.... back to subject: Yes (RM unlike other sites) tries to keep the ads and profiles of users accurate, if an escort doesn't pay his ad becomes inactive and sooner or later gets removed.

 

I guess an escort can also retired or move on in life and simply ask RM to delete his ad but as we all know in the internet era nothing is fully erasable and things from your past will always be around you.
