He should know the HIV status of a provider if it is publicly reported. No one said anything about his demeanor..personality or anything negative about him.

If he has a disease that may be very dangerous he has a responsibility to let his client know. If he is so sweet he should tell the client..if he doesn't and has unprotected sex he is a public menace and should be reported as such.

Guess what? You are fortunate! Transmitting HIV is a criminal offense if you know you are positive.

Of course HIV is not a crime. But passing on HIV to someone else knowingly surely is a crime. It's also surely a crime to knowingly pass on syphilis, herpes, clamydia, gonorrhea, etc.

For fuck sakes. You've gone from being obsessed with big dicks to being one. Congrads.

A personal attack on me?

Shame on you...People who do that usually have something to hide..

If you don't want to know that someone may be passing on a disease to you...

your problem...not mine..

He has posted his status on YouTube...Millions have seen and heard him... You don't know me..

You're either trolling or ostriching, now. That someone could potentially pass on a disease to you (if you don't take any precautions yourself) is the default position. It's true about everyone you sleep with, unless you have them go and get an STI panel and hang out until it's done.

You aren't informing anyone about potential disease transmission. You're gossiping. That may not be what you think you're doing, but it is what you're doing.

Gossip is about a story that is probably untrue..His status is a fact according to him..Again..not informing someone you are having sex with while knowing you are HIV + is a crime.

Call me whatever you want.

I'd want to know..

We may need to summon @oldNbusted here.

Since reviews are not allowed in the forum, I didn't say much when I posted at the time:

My usual practice is to have an initial round of emails through RM, but once it's established we could be a match, I usually transition to SMS text to finalize details. and that is what happened with him, it took 4 round trips and I was on my way to meet him. Maybe it was just good timing? It was an unusual circumstance since I was available on short notice due to another guy cancelling. I'm open to a PM.

Again..not informing someone you are having sex with while knowing you are HIV + is a crime.

This is not true everywhere. These laws cover only about half of the U.S. as you described it.

There are 33 states that have laws that criminalize having sex while HIV positive (or in some cases with any STI) without disclosing that fact. However, around 8 of those states have an exception written in where the law does not apply if you take reasonable precautions (e.g., if you use a condom). I believe that is also the case in the U.K.

(There are some other U.S. states, like Texas, that have no such laws but have been known to charge people anyway under more general criminal statues, like assault or reckless endangerment. Thankfully, this is not true everywhere.)

---

Now, since you seem to genuinely believe that having sex with people who know they are HIV positive is the real problem, let's look at some simple logic.

1a. Some people know they have HIV.

1b. Some people don't have HIV.

1c. There is a third group that assumes they don't have it, but in fact, does have it.

2a. People who know they have HIV are likely to be receiving treatment for it.

2b. That third group, however, is extremely unlikely to be receiving treatment for it (since they don't think they have it).

3a. Viral load zero is common these days when HIV is treated. The chance of transmission with viral load zero is close to zero, and that's on top of the reduction from any other precautions you take.

3b. The chance of transmission with nonzero viral load is obviously higher. The third group is far more likely to have significant viral load than the first group, since there is no treatment taking place that would lower viral load.

4. Ergo, the chance you pick up HIV from sex with someone who knows they have HIV (whether they publicize that fact or not) is quite probably lower than the chance you pick it up from having sex with someone who doesn't think they have HIV, since there is a chance they are in the third group.

Get out of here with all these facts! The argument being made is actually an emotional one. People want to engage in risky behavior but don't want to accept responsibility for any adverse consequences for their choices, so et voila, it must be someone else's fault. Because they say so.

  • 2 weeks later...
I hired Kayden Gray a couple of months ago. One of the best experiences ever

Is there a link to a professional ad for Kayden Gray? I didn't see one on his Twitter profile. He looks scrumptious! I'm also interested in seeing the now free Robert Van Damme on a potential trip to Czechia, but his Twitter profile also doesn't provide an ad or contact info.

I concur with whoever mentioned Jake Havoc (who now lists as Marek on RM). I had a really fun session with him a few years ago. Extremely thick, well-hung guy who's also a total sweetheart.

Thank you! Clearly, I was sleep deprived when I wrote my post. Not only did I have glaring typos (since corrected), including misspelling Kayden’s name, but once I followed your link, I saw that Kayden is already on my Buddy List on RM!

Now, if you can help me out with Mr. Van Damme, you’ll be my best friend :D

Robert was the hottest escort id been with. Would love to see him again too. You could try his old contact info and see if it still works somwhow.

He will surely not be returning to the US since violent criminal offenders are not permitted to enter the country. If my memory serves me well, he was deported to the Czech Republic as he was involved in various armed robberies there (before he ever came to the US). As he was viewed as the organiser of the armed robberies, he was sent to jail for 9.5 years. That must have been 5 years ago but I’ve no idea if he might be released early for good behaviour.

Thank you. I was aware of all that actually. That's why in my initial post, to which @buckguy responded, I said that I am "interested in seeing the now free Robert Van Damme on a potential trip to Czechia." I've always wanted to visit Prague, so the possibility of meeting Van Damme would serve as the impetus to finally turn that desire into reality. If anyone can help me with that, I'd very much appreciate the info.

Talvin DeMachio (met Tony Cummings that day, but didn't hire he was traveling with Talvin)

Tommy Cruise

Zachery Scott (still keep in touch with him)

Richie Fine

Scott Randsome (top 3 worst hires ever porn guy or not)

Austin (Ashley)

Bobby Brennan

More Recent:

I'm sure I'll remember one or two more and will edit as my brain clicks in ;)
