I was just looking in SF to see if I could give someone a recommendation. I couldn't. The only two people that I saw on RM that I had personal knowledge Mike Gaite and Andrew Maroc didn't really fit his likes.

 

But while perusing RM, I saw that Bravo Delta had an ad for an upcoming visit. It was interesting for me to see that he put his orientation as being 'gay' when I'm sure in the past he had talked about having girlfriends and his ad said 'bisexual'. Did I miss a big announcement (quite possible)?

Not everyone makes a big announcement out of every change in their lives.

 

But you could ask him yourself. He answers questions sent to his Tumblr account all the time. I think he may have even answered that one recently.

He is gay. Tumblr can be confusing and often irritating. He has spoken at length about his coming out process and how slow it was for him. While he can come across as snarky sometimes, I think he's actually rather funny and just has little tolerance for judgment or stupidity. He's on my wishlist even though he's incredibly short.

I guess so. If Tumblr is where he talked about it, I went back pretty far and didn't see it. But I have no reason to doubt you.

 

The reason I had posed the question to begin with was that I had read some personal website of his when he first started doing porn, and I am pretty sure I remembered him saying that doing porn was the first time he had been with a guy. The tone at the time put me in mind of gay for pay although he didn't seem to be one of those who really hated it and would denigrate gay guys when not working. Plus when he 1st started escorting, I know he listed bisexual.

 

I hadn't kept up with his musings-I don't Tumblr, Tweet, or Instagram. And I hadn't seen his ad in a long time. So when his current ad listed him as gay, I was surprised.

Tell me about it. I'm 55 and not totally out yet. Although since I first joined the Forum back in the early 2000's, I'm a lot more open about it than I used to be.

Human Sexuality sometimes defies labels. I was fucking girls at 14. Got into men around age 20, but continued dating women. Had a serious relationship with a dude at 25 but continued screwing around with men and women on the side. I am now 45 and although haven't fucked a chick for ten years...some women still really get me going. Does that make me gay, bisexual or is it none of your business to jam a label down my throat, simply because I am more fluid than most ? In the meanwhile, I would totally do Bravo. I thought it was announcing a reunion of "Designing Women".

 

Time to hand in my "gay card" yet again. That show always annoyed the hell out of me. I never really identified with the characters - and the ladies always seemed pretty much interchangeable to me. And you have to be kidding me that (the late) Meshach Taylor wasn't gay - he sure flamed on that show.

 

Can't like everything, I guess. The show did have good taste in theme music at least, lol.

I tried to meet up with Bravo Delta at IML in Chicago a few years ago, and while we exchanged a number of emails, we never could get our schedules to sync up. My sense - and this is based solely on email exchanges, so take it with a grain of salt - was that he didn't seem fully comfortable with the concept of escorting at the time. Totally understandable that someone in their 20s, who is just coming out, and who tends to be the center of attention at porn-related events might be a little freaked out by the prospect of being paid to perform for (likely) older guys who he may or may not find attractive. In all of our communications he was very polite and witty - he's clearly very smart and has a good sense of humor. I can't wait to read a first-hand account of what he's like as an escort.
