Hiring a New, Unreviewed Escort

Curious for advice from those of you who have hired frequently. Have you ever been the first to hire a new escort and how did it go? What did you do to set things up and be certain that a hire was the right match?

 

I've always hired escorts with a good reputation and solids reviews in the past. It's really great to have this site as a resource to find out which escorts are the right fit, and safe.

 

However, I'm headed to NYC for Labor Day weekend and a gentlemen has really caught my eye:

I would go for it def. I have seen numerous guys that just weren't reviewed anywhere and have been lucky 96% of the time. But I do talk with them on a actual phone and not just text. I don't discuss acts of course just ask if the info is current and correct on whatever site I found him on and go from there

I'd wing it. I've hired plenty of guys that were not reviewed. I can honestly say that except for a couple hires, none of them could be characterized as "disastrous". And even those weren't disastrous, just no chance of seeing them again.

1 review guy - ok (I was better than him)

Talk to him on the phone. Just chat for a few minutes to get a sense of what kind of person he is. And also to give him a sense of what kind of person YOU are. If he's a newbie, he's probably nervous too.

Although I prefer too hire someone who has reviews on Daddy's, I have on more than one occasion hired an escort who had no review on Daddy's and can honestly say the the hire with no reviews has been just a s exciting and satisfying as those with multi reviews. I've hired more guys without reviews than with - simple circumstance rather than by design. I've seen a little more variability, both good and bad, though perhaps this is as much because of the companion's relative newness to the field as anything else. For example, right now there are 3 relatively new local guys who have no reviews who I've contacted, received some kind of response, and then they went radio silent - squirreliness which might also partially explain the lack of reviews.

 

If there is someone I am interested in meeting who has no reviews or independent experiential info then I do all the research I can and contact him.

 

(I do hesitate when I see someone who has had a profile up for more than 9'ish months with no reviews of any kind. There's one guy in Miami who I really wanted to see who's had a profile up for 2 years with zero reviews or forum discussion - a fairly big red flag that's prevented me from contacting him).

 

When I read the thread title I thought this referred to being a companion's first client - a whole different ballgame. I've never been the first but have been the 3rd or 4th, not sure which, and similar relative newness and I don't care for it at all. I've found those experiences to be awkward and uncomfortable.

• Have hired ~150 people since discovering the wonderful world of escorts in 2002.
  
• About half a dozen of those had reviews here; rest did not.
  
• Out of the ~150, only about half a dozen were notably bad experiences.
  
• Of those real duds, two were guys with stellar reviews.
  

QED, I put a lot less stock in reviews than in doing your own due diligence -- photo and phone # searches, and especially as noted above speaking together on the telephone -- and listening to your intuition.

I hire newbies, and definitely, more unreviewed than reviewed providers. My reliance on reviews is de minimis. Scouting new talent is fun fun fun. When my interest in a provider "pops" up, I perform my own due diligence, trust my instincts, and the results have been stellar. A few duds (but well-reviewed guys can deliver that too), but overall, I have been pleased with this season of hobbying.

I too like scouting out new possibilities. The "hunt" is fun for me. Within the boundaries of personal safety of course, but yeah it's fun to meet new, interesting, yet unproven friends. Due diligence and screening of course!

I don't even read reviews anymore, unless a spat breaks out on here about review content or a provider's lovely response to some negativity.
