gave up after #s 10 and 9....the (faked) accents didn't seem too off and I thought I'd be laughing more....and that narrator prattled on too much

Like azdr, it was time for me to bail after #9. The accents sounded fine to me. The narrator really is no one to talk about the sound of one's voice. While she isn't irritating, she does not have a particularly pleasant voice, either.

I lasted until #7. Maybe I'm used to hearing pretty thick accents, because these weren't too bad, at least in the way they were presented. Maybe I would have noticed (and got as annoyed as the whiny-pitched narrator, apparently) if I sat through an entire movie/episode.
