Shoe corkscrew

I recently had a guest over my home and could not find the corkscrew. Eventually, the cork was extracted, but this seems quite a bit easier and does not require hunting for tool.

Can you say bottle shock? I've found myself in a hotel room without a corkscrew and used a toothbrush handle to open a bottle by driving the cork into the bottle with it. Hint: you'll want to wrap a towel around the top of the bottle to prevent a wine geiser.

This method allows you to recork the bottle, otherwise you will need to drink the whole thing, Quel dommage!!

Granted it's an ugly shirt....but still.

Hotel room? Easy go down to the bar, they'll open it for you and give the person a couple bucks.
