Are you sure it is the same jacobtop?

I have known him several years and I have never known him not to keep his word. 

If it is the same person, something bad happened or he lost his telephone and could not communicate with you.  He would not simply "ghost" a person; it is not his style.

Met him in LA a 2 years ago and was professional and really a great guy .  easy to set up, chat with and he is very sexy

I finally got a text response 15 mi urea before the appt saying he had a problem with his super.
