Masturbation could be the key to living longer

Masturbating more could be the key to preventing your chances of dying prematurely

What….a relief.

The study, published in the European Urology, have revealed men who honk their horn on the regular could be in fact engaging in an activity with several important health benefits.

Following 30,000 men over the course of 20 years, it found that men who masturbate more often had lower chances of being diagnosed with prostate cancer.

The study also found that men who spanked the monkey more often than when they were young would generally be healthier in their later life.

Men who ejaculated at least 21 times in their 20s were 19% less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer than men who ejaculated about seven times a month.

The study also discovered men in their 40s who masturbate are 22% less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Jennifer Rider, the lead study author, said: ‘Ejaculation frequency is, to some extent, a measure of overall health status in that men at the very low end of ejaculation – 0 to 3 times per month – were more likely to have other (medical problems) and die prematurely from causes other than prostate cancer.’

Rider also said the study suggests ‘ejaculation and safe sexual activity throughout adulthood could be a beneficial strategy for reducing the risk of prostate cancer’.

It is believed one in eight men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.

Asked my doctor about this once. He said it's been a legend since his med school days and entirely untrue. I'm certainly not about to doubt legends, though.

Legend or not, I choose to believe it....After all, jerking off is a lot of fun!

I have trouble jerking off these days. I almost never do it. That's why I was posting my farewells.

21 times in their 20's? That's slightly over once a year?

They left out the word month.

i think he meant 21 times per month.

If left to my own devices, i could easily do that now!

Physical and/or mental problems will effect your desire to masturbate though. They're drawing conclusions from people that are healthier in general.

I'll believe it though. Why not. Jerking off to your health is something I could support and for once you don't have to wonder if it's actually working.
