Recently there was a thread You Go Girl which took a political bent and was both closed and moved to the Politics forum. It was kind of a knife to the heart after a hanging; a belt and suspenders.

In any case, I had the penultimate post followed by a brief aside by Lookin.

I must say, it felt like a premature ejaculation, I got it out but it was not really satisfying.

So, which is more satisfying to you in a discussion, being heard to a logical conclusion or having the last words, well the last words before "Fuck you asshole" anyway?

I usually sit on the sidelines and actually don't even get involved in such shenanigans. Actually I can tell simply by the title of the thread combined with by whom it was started if I want to comment or even bother to look at it. Most of the time I pass. Then I get a PM or email from someone who says, "Did you read what so and so said!" Then like Lot's wife I at times make the mistake of looking back... I then regret it as a waste of time. So in that sense I am more in the @Mikegaite category. Only I rarely look, and don't have any Bonobos Zuma Beach summer wear to get stained...
