Just saying Goodbye

To all on the message board, I just want to say au revoir, as I shall be leaving to trace the way of the Silk Road through Uzbekistan & Kyrgyzstan tomorrow. I shall miss all of you, and look forward to rejoining this beautiful lot in October, hopefully full of stories of adventures involving lonely Kyrgyz shepherds and horny Uzbek border guards.

 

Until I return, I wish you all Light, Love, and a great big bawdy guffaw now and then!

As far as travel guides go, "Hassan" is terribly outdated... but rather fabulous.

I shall carry it in my heart, if not in my rucksack.
