Thanks for all the information guys. I'm going to Cambodia in a couple of weeks, where apparently you can buy anything you want over the counter. Was thinking of buying something to enhance playtime, but with all the warnings that have been given, I think I won't bother.

A few comments on Trimix:

 

It doesn't travel well. It needs to be refrigerated and has a shelf life of about three months.

 

The injectable version I use came with a contraption that simplifies the process. Just load the mechanism and push the button. It does take a few tries to get over the fear factor and my mechanism needed adjustment to get the right target and avoid bleeding.

 

Once you've achieved your goal your erection may linger till the medication wears off.

 

Trimix is a compounded pharmaceutical. Due to the need for refrigeration it's usually "compounded" locally. I'd be a bit wary getting abroad. That being said any one know how to score it Kuala Lumpur?

If you do a simple Google search for "cheap generic viagra" or "cheap generic Cialis", you will find websites selling them as cheap at 80 cents a pill. They will likely be coming from India or somewhere similar and may take several weeks, but I have ordered like this several times and the quality has always been fine. I don't always take them, but if I am planning to fuck for a long period, especially with a condom, it's a big help. As was mentioned before, you can break the 100 mg Viagra in half (or even quarters).

 

I have also used trimix and keverject when I've done porn shoots (hate to kill the fantasy, but that's how the guys usually stay hard for the whole shoot). It's a little scary at first and I don't recommend it unless you have ED issues for which pills don't make a difference. If you are one of those people though, it's a miracle drug and more insurance companies are covering it.
