Traveling Escorts: What cities treat you well?

For those of you who travel to south Florida (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm). I was recently thinking of taking a trip down there, and noticed some traveling escorts I was possibly interested in advertised only Miami, and others advertised only Ft. Lauderdale. Seemed as though very few advertised both. I wasn't planning on having a car, so if I hired, it would have to be an outcall. I've driven there in the past, and I know not easy to get around, especially when traffic swells with all the snowbirds. Do you ever travel between South Beach up to Lauderdale, or vice-versa? Is it worth it?

 

I do go down south if the appointment is 2 hours or more

 

It depends on the hour of the day. I've stayed in both Ft laud and Miami and had outcalls from guys in the opposite city. We just worked around the main traffic hours. The later it gets at night, the less likely you will get a visitor from the other city. IMO, It is definitely doable, particularly for guys in ft laud going to Miami ...most of them are used to it.

I suggest activating as many websites as you can and go city to city. Make as much money as you can. This is what I do. After my last date in NYC I'm going to go to cities I've never been to before! The city doesn't matter, I've made 1400$ in less than 12 hours is richmond, Virgina. I went back a second yime and made NOTHING!! Right place, right time.

Traveling relies on REPEAT CUSTOMERS. You MUST find regulars so each time you go you have more and more clients. That's the secret to traveling. The first tour should be confusing and a little slow. it'll teach you how to find clients while the real bread winners, daddy's clients find you. Keep sharing postive things on the forum and keep impressing all of us

But I don't think traveling relies on repeats necessarily. On my last visit to an big metro area, all but 1 guest was a new client. And it was the best trip I've had in months, probably even years.

 

I say that because there's been times when a regular or 2 may have cancelled and I've almost cancelled the whole trip. Sometimes...its those new guys who are really wanting that new "meat" or chocolate or vanilla whatever their preference. it can make all the difference. Some places I've gone to almost a dozen times, and Everytime it's a whole new set of visitors who show up, with all but the most reliable regulars.

 

The tricky part with touring is no matter if a person does good or bad, you're only getting access to the clients who are available the same days you're available. Those guys may not have the money or time next time you come, they may be in São Paulo the week you're planning to be in San Francisco. But that person may have the money or time when you're there next.

I spent 14 months in Denver and never hired. It's very slim pickings, as previously stated. For whatever reason I have a queasy feeling about Backpage. I'm now living in San Diego, and like Denver, there are many escorts passing through. The escorts on Backpage tend to look like tweekers or seem too perfect. Lots of emoticons, similar verbiage and they appear to travel in pairs. Typically no reviews. In San Diego there are often visiting escorts from OC or LA. I've never tried Grinder. There are numerous threads on which cities are good/bad, but at the end of the day, I encourage you to not worry about which cities are good/bad for other escorts but instead find out which cities are good/bad for you. Make a list in the cities of things you want to do outside of work before you go, and you'll have a bucket list if business dries up or if you're socializing with clients/friends.

 

I would say the east coast in general is the place to be bc you can get from place to place to place relatively quickly and cheaply.

I'm curious to know with those who do well in Atlanta, are your hires mostly black or mostly white? Or possibly Latin? In either case, I've never heard a black escort talk about doing well in Atlanta lol. (Unless JD Daniels maybe can weigh in?) Atlanta might be a town where your results may vary. Having been in Nashville for a few months, it comes up all the time in conversation. I have put ads up numerous times and recently did a tester visit...with family and friends. I think I got 1 email and 1 phone call. Any other time i place ads in Atlanta, I've often received rude, timewastery calls from other black guys and usually never get contacted by a white client. D.C./Maryland has similar demographics, but the results are quite different.

14 months and no hire? Thats why i left Denver. You're not alone lol. Nobody was hiring. I often come across clients in other cities who said they wanted to see me in Denver, but their trip was cancelled or their business plans fell thru.

 

That said, one of the things that I've noticed is when I see an ad on grindr or similar. I can understand the ad being on Craig's or Adam, but not those phone apps. I kinda get annoyed because they'll come off as if they're looking just for friends...but then the $$$ signs pop up on the profile. Like dude, this is a dating/social site. There's no money on those apps anyway

I'm still new when it comes to traveling but I spent almost a month in Seattle. I would say this is a market underrepresented. As gentrification moves north on the West Coast, expect growth in Portland, Seattle, and even Vancouver, WA. Avoid the other Vancouver at all costs. It's illegal to work there (if like me you reside in the US) and the competition is incredible.

Denver is a racist cowtown that thinks, or wants, to feel special. The people are mid-westerners from small towns and Texas hicks. The absolute worse drivers. And the weather sucks. Jamaal, I spent most of my life in LA and hired quite a few African-American escorts. A few did feel that they were not appreciated and paid less than others. True or not gay men have always been more racist than one would expect. There were clubs in LA that wouldn't let Black men in without 3 pieces of photo id. I certainly don't carry around 3 pieces of picture id's. I would watch it happen and then I was waived through. There was a fabulous bathhouse, 8709, that had a similar policy, although I met some stunning black men there from time to time.
