And, Charlotte gets a LOT of convention traffic....plus there are more than a few closet cases with the Panthers & in NASCAR here. For smart businessmen, Charlotte could become a lucrative market. Even with the downturn, there is still a lot of money floating around the area.

Because with Charlotte, you can hit the Gays With More Money Than Brains at Lake Norman & Tega Cay.

New and old money, Kur. I have some of my wealthiest clients there. Very affluent LGBT community, but they tend to go out of town for fun stuff. However, there is a larger mass of retirees targeting NC, specifically The triangle plus CLT. My prediction: these will be sweet spots for all sorts of professional services...all sorts...

 

Hello..just look at the real estate recovery in CLT. Yowzah!

And on a final note, CDI is the 2nd/3rd busiest airport on the East Coast & the 6th busiest in the world with 140 domestic & foreign destinations...so escorts who travel will have a good travel connection......and no I do not work for the Charlotte Tourism Board.

But Kur will gladly be anyone's welcome wagon ;)

But in all honesty...especially after my accident two years ago (the one after which Chris E. publicly announced my breaking my car and myself) I don't go out in more than an inch or so of snow. My new job is 2.0 miles away, so I can suck it up and get there, but anything else...no way. And I'm a native northern Ohioan.
