Most west coast escorts I know have to work places like NYC, DC, Chicago, Houston and Boston to do well. I only know of 5 west coast escort friends who only escort on the west coast and don't have another job. But what's considered better? Reviews? Looks? which are subjective. Maybe it's cause I'm from New York but I really do think that NYC as a whole has the best quality in both asthetics and service and the most opportunity for someone who does this profession well. But it's all opinion I guess, I can very well be totally off.

I dont think it is about producing better escorts. I don't think geography has anything to do with it either. To me, it is all PR and brand management. West coast guys just seemed to have been more prolific & spent more on it this past year. East Coast and "fly-by" states should up their game! Consumer wins!

So the west coast people aren't the best. But they do seem to get talked about more if you look at EOY voting. All the top this year from SoCal. And disproportionate favouritism with all the top people in the EOY for the past two years being from CA. And I read these threads about how the NYC quality is diminishing. It's a vast generalization so of course it will be easy to arrack, but it does seem like west coast people get more love on the boards and in reviews and threads.
