It was a terrific show tonight as all those gorgeous Broadway dancers bared (almost) all donating their time and talent to entertain a packed SRO crowd at Roseland. So far they've raised over $2.3 million for BC/EFA. Even the audience was beautiful. Hope some of you got to see the show.

Ahh, Foxy, how I sometimes envy you there in your position adjacent to the Big Apple! How many of us get to feed our libidos, and for a good cause? New York is certainly the Queen Bee!

La Trix,

I was right across the street from the Roseland where the show was at, as the audience was walking in. If the attendants are any indication of the performers, that must have been a great show!

I saw Portishead at the Roseland YEARS ago when I was a wee one. It's a cool venue. Glad you had a good time! Bobby

Saw the show for the first time tonight and really enjoyed it. It got quite hot, from all the flesh onstage and from the packed house. Great energy. Dumb luck really, since I hadn't seen the show before, but I picked a great place to stand. There was some hot audience members too, I'm 95% sure I recognized one of the guys from the Gaiety, and I brought along a hottie escort myself. The crowd was quite friendly; we were talking to one of the dancers boyfriends-comment made he hasn't had any carbs for 2 weeks but had his order in for a pizza on the way home. Some truly amazing bodies -I think one guys name was Matt Cusack-what show is/was he in? -and the guy who was James Bond gave a good ball sack shot as he was leaving.

The show was sold out about 2 weeks in advance. Thanks for the heads up someone gave here-I knew I was going to be in NYC that weekend so bought tickets on line that day.

Matt Cusick, the acrobat hired by Cirque De Soleil and then fired when it was discovered he was HIV+, is with a NYC based Aerialist troupe called Antigravity, http://www.anti-gravity.com/ . Antigravity does not currently have a show on Broadway.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS really went to bat for Matt when he Cirque de Soleil fired him. I think Antigravity being there was his way of thanking them.

I was greatly impressed by Matt athleticm and strength during their act. He brings a new meaning to pole dancer. Plus you can grate cheese off his abs.

It was an enjoyable night although some of my friends thought the last few year's were stronger than this year's show.

... Same thing i heard. I saw the last two productions~

It's probably because Jerry Mitchell (Hairspray, etc) wasn't at the helm of this year's show. In years past, he was an amazing director of Broadway Bares and really brought the choreography together for a 'whole' feeling performance.

In any event, i'm simply happy that BC/EFA brought in so much money for such a great cause.

Warmest Always,

I used to have an address for buying a copy of the VCR tape of the show. In fact, I think I posted it here once. However, I've lost it. Does anyone want to recommend it to the rest of us?

Thanks-I obviously was impressed with him also. To me, his is the perfect physique, and the face wasn't bad either. Even though I'm a sucker for blonds, I certainly wouldn't kick him out! :9

I had heard about Cirque firing a HIV+ performer, but never knew his name. Am certainly glad equity gave/is giving them some heat, even though they put together some great shows.

His body was certainly one of the top 3, and he certainly wasn't shy, those orange "pants" were so low you could see his pubes even before he dropped them.
