Why are you thankful?

I'm thankful for my successful retirement a few years ago and because now I'm taking care of my great nephews and I feel useful an not useless again.

I have so many friends who unfortunately can't say that, besides I lost a lot of them in the 80's because of the great communicator and his mgt. refused to acknowledge/fund certain health crisis that wasn't hurting "their people"...

I am very, very thankful for the dozens of forum folks I've communicated with privately about all sorts of things. I am thankful to be out of my former workplace. I am thankful that all my basic needs are provided for. I am so thankful for my (very) new love(r.) I want to build a future with him. Lastly, I am thankful for the existence of this forum and for the beautiful providers who enrich our lives. Most of you do not yet know just how loved and important you are.
