Sadly, I think it's because NJ is caught between to major hubs... New York City and DC. I think any NJ guy is probably heading to NY to make money, followed by DC.

I live in central Jersey and have hosted many escorts at my home. Some were travellers and some lived in NYC or Jersey. If you hire for more than an hour, many will come down. Many people from my town commute to NYC 5 days a week, so if you hire at a time that is not generally buys, week day mid afternoon, you can find guys willing to commute.
