In my teens I ejaculated as many as ten times a day every day, in my 20s at least three times a day, in my thirties twice a day, in my forties every day, in my fifties at least three times a week. Now I would gladly do it more often--for health reasons, of course--but I just don't have the energy. I hope I built up enough reserves over the past half century to ensure a healthy prostate.

Four times a month was about my average rate before I read this post; I'm now shooting for 30 times a month (once a day).

 

I just wish it wasn't so damn messy...I still haven't quite figured out the best way to clean up after myself. A shower afterwards is too much work. Paper towels smell (even in the trash), and I don't have enough hankies to last an entire week.

True or not I just don't understand why anyone would chance it! Keep it up. I can't imagine anyone not shooting at least once a day, I would say there has probably been less than 20 days in the last year that I haven't shot, and probably 50 - 60% at least twice! And many times more than that! It is just shocking that someone doesn't do it every day I am with you glutes.. Average 4 -7x a month can't imagine it!
