I'm not an attorney nor do I play one on tv, but I doubt very much the authorities will be targeting the escorts or their clients. Apparently there are over 10,000 escorts and who knows how many clients.

From what it looks like... the server is under heavy load. Pages are taking much longer to load initially (suggesting database stress), images do eventually load but delayed (again web server load). My guess is the attention the story has gotten is causing traffic to the site to be significantly higher than normal. People would not normally look are looking because it's catching headlines.

I believe the FEDS have been investigating them for awhile & today was the day they went in to make the bust..
