Orgasm without coming is possible and it is also possible to have an ejaculation with retrograde flow into the bladder, hence an orgasm without visible ejaculate.

But if you save the load, the refractory period is extremely short and you're ready for another round very quickly. You can do this a number of times and then shoot a mega-load when you decide you're ready.

But a retrograde ejaculation is still an ejaculation. Orgasm without ejaculating at all is another thing entirely. As I said, I have achieved it a number of times, more or less unintentionally. One can find plenty of literature on it. The work I am most familiar with is The Multi-Orgasmic Man.
