Has anyone caught an STD from an escort?

Probably. Oral gonorrhea in my case.

But every escort I had been with in the preceding four months said he had been tested after he was with me and that he was clean.

The two non-escorts I had been with I had not performed oral sex on. Since it was oral gonorrhea I do not think it was them and suspect it was one of the escorts. But I have no proof.

I contacted everyone I had fucked just to let them know. So at least everyone knew and could get tested/treated even if they were not honest with me.

Worst I ever got was crabs. Just once. KNOW it was the scort because there's not a a particularly long wait tween the sex and the itch when it comes to crabs, and there was no one else in that short time bewteen the two points. IDK what Scabies are now I have to go google :) And yah, sorry, but I'm on the MORE likely side of the fence:cool: IDC what anyone says when we have sex w someone who has sex for a living, the odds are gonna be higher. And yessssss I know guys "in" the business are MORE vigilant when it comes to STDs than the advrg partner we'd meet in a bar, but all their clients may NOT be. And, in essence we're sleeping with THEM too if our scort recently did :) If some of these posts above are not a waving banner to PLAY SAFE, then I dont know what iso_O

Has anyone caught an STD from an escort? It's what I worry about after I see someone. I image it's a hazard of the job?

Yep. gonereah the first time I ever hired one - and he was my first time ever with a guy. He denied it, incredibly, but it could only have been him. Because it was in the throat. Awful btw - like really bad strep.

If you were safe during your session, you shouldn't have a reason to worry!

Yes but most people aren't totally safe. If you perform oral on someone, and they've got gonorrhea without the 'drip', and even assuming they don't cum in your mouth, they could still probably infect you with pre-cum. I'm not sure if you can transmit oral gonorrhea mouth-to-mouth. But I would assume it's theoretically possible.

In all my hiring so far (knock on wood!) I have never gotten any kind of ST infection! I always play safe with condoms! I did get crabs from a married man once whom I had hooked-up with online. He called me and told me about it right away and also told me what to do to get rid of it. We actually continued to hook up after that a number of times and never had another problem: he was such a hot, masculine man who gave me exactly what I needed sexually at that time in my life!!! :)

Several times. Once, very early on (this is many decades ago during my coming out phase), crabs. Once, an escort's ass was just so enticing I couldn't resist, and so after showering with him I rimmed and came down with a terrible parasitic invasion that felt like death - luckily, a doctor figured it out and gave me the correct medication. That was also long ago. Finally, a false alarm - an escort phoned to tell me he had tested positive for syphilis after our session. I went to my doc and tested negative (but got a precautionary shot).

In my more than 20 years of hiring, I have only got crabs twice. Annoying, but easy to get rid of. I always play safe when fucking, absolutely always, but I kiss passionately, and also suck and rim "au naturel". I guess I have been lucky!! :)

In my career of an escort I've never had any venereal disease.

On the other hand, I have a friend who has been poz on treatment for many years and he fucks bareback (his preferred way). He tells me that he has to go to the doctor every few months to get an antibiotic shot to treat a STI.

In my opinion, it's not the number of sexual partners you have, but the kind of "activity" you engage in.
