Sometimes I watch Dr. Oz's show. He has quite the success among middle-aged American women. :)

 

I watch him, too. He's getting on now, and has sort of a tire, but I used to think he was pretty sexy.

According to RealAge.com, my fitness age is .9 years higher than my real age. (Probably because my lab results are decent even though my body feels like it's falling apart.) So 60 instead of 59. I'll take that.
