Yes, I'm suing BVB for copyright infringement.

 

I just noticed his new avatar posted today (6/22/2015). It is a photo of a splendid sunset taken in Key West from the balcony of the Westin. Said photo was taken by yours truly and was shared in good faith and only for his express private use and was not to de disseminated with out my specific permission.

 

Of course I am willing to forgive and forget if he gets me a gift certificate for the services of a very special mutual "acquaintance". Otherwise, I definitely intend to begin legal proceedings.

 

Personally I would be more than willing to settle things peaceably and not make a federal case out of the matter.

 

BVB... The next move is yours.

Guilty as charged sir, but it was such a lovely photograph, I just couldn't resist....However my lawyer, whom I've retained to fight this frivolous lawsuit, has forbidden me from making any comments publicly, other than to say that we are in contact with said escort, and are making arrangements to fly him by private jet to the Southern Command Post for your enjoyment. Of course, I might insist on you enduring a public flogging at the Ram Rod FTL as part of the deal. However, when your legal counsel alows you to speak more openly we will discuss any further details. With any luck I will be in a compassionate mood.

 

Actually, I'm flattered that you recognized my photographic talents, but heck one should never let the potential for a good lawsuit (frivolous or otherwise) slip through their fingers! I hope that you totally understand that what's right is right and that business is business.

 

However, please tell me that you are not using Morgan and Morgan to represent you... as in "for the people". I'll make mince meat out of those bozos!

I think that we can cum to terms. Somehow it will all work out perfectly. I even know of someone who might enjoy seeing you being punished, but in my benevolence I might only have you flogged metaphorically. Something tells me that a 1909 BVD in mint condition might be worth more than a BU (brilliant uncirculated) mint condition 1909 -S VDB! If you have either in your possession it would be a collectors item! Like any collectable it all depends on the condition. Some cents have tarnished so they have a brown color etc. Also it depends on the amount of wear. Now a worn BVD... it depends who has worn it etc.

 

Gotta check the Gray Sheet for the penny. I'm not sure what sheet you check for the skivvies. I know you don't want any yellow or brown involved in the equation.

Don't worry BVB is not straight and heaven knows from what I know he is certainly not straight-laced either.
