Thanks for the reminder to read all the reviews. The guy who wrote the review was on dangerous ground when the second person arrived in the room. I am upset about the identity theft, sorry a first time reviewer had such a horrific experience.

Not for nothin' (and I understand that you had to travel in from NJ poss drove in or drove to NJ train etc) but NEVER bring your wallet or anything you don't have to to a first time meet with a strange scort in a hotel. If you can avoid bringing even a Driver's license leave it home. You bring the cash, and SEPARATELY some extra cash and ONE card you can use and you stick that somewhere like a sock etc that you shove inside your kicks when you undress etc. (I know I'm jaded lol I was born n raised here, my UNCLES gave me THIS same advice as a teen about seeing Hookers lol) But it's good advice :) And I echo the relief that you were not hurt esp when a second guy shows up.

I wouldn't leave my driver's license at home, mainly because I would want the police/paramedics/hospital to be able to identify me in case of emergency. For the same reason, I also carry my health insurance card. However, the suggestion about the one card and extra cash in a sock or someplace is great advice. I'd also add that using Grey Goose (or any other alcoholic beverage) is probably not a wise idea. Had the "escort" waited until the reviewer was intoxicated to call in his friend, the outcome could have been much, much worse.

That being said, I feel for this reviewer. What a horrible experience!

Curious...does anyone think that the reviewer should have left at the first sign of a discrepancy?

"I didn't say anything because I thought he was good looking"

Ha. On another post about guys using fake pics I said this was the # 1 reason why most get away with it. Of coarse this review is more about theft then using fake pics.

he got a $100 bill from under the bed and said that I had dropped it, but that was not the same bill because it had it branded with red ink, so I told him that was not the same bill I had

The reviewer is braver than me, I think I would've just been happy getting my $100 back and not care whether it was the same bill.

I think the reviewer ignored all the red flags to start with.

The title of HungRoberto's A4A ad reads:

Always The Life Of The ParTy

26, 1.83m, 89kg, 87.9cm. Muscular, Mixed, Smooth, Mix.

702-626-5574

(180 PER HR)

Anything Goes

Only the title would have raised a red flag ... however the reviewer still proceeded with the meeting??

Maybe some people are just looking for that kind of trouble and thrill. Next time we might find his name in the newspapers if ... god forbid ... something worse happens.

Very kind of you to put the blame on an innocent man.....your empathy is shallow....

I see that capitalized "T" in "parTy" a lot in ads.....and I think I know it has to do with drugs??....does it always mean "tina" (meth) and that they hope to do it at the meeting?.....or is there more to it than just that?....thanks

There is innocent and there is innocence, while the reviewer is certainly innocent, his innocence got him into some serious consequences a la, changing a $100 for $97, losing his ATM card, his address, and possibility his identity, he was running some serious risks without consideration of the consequences... Yeah I judge his innocence, he ain't sharp enough to protect himself from a predator.

That was a terrifying review. BTW that guy or his fake pics were here in Miami a few months back. I can't even imagine how many tourists they ripped off. They know most clients are too ashamed or scared to report to the police so they're riding that wave to continue their "crime sprees"

AVOID any ad with any version of "party" in it - these guys are looking for 1) drug money 2) "party favors" aka drugs and drug paraphernalia 3) are users looking for other users to steal drugs/money from. The "T" is for Tina - meth. Sometimes they use "blowing clouds" to indicate the smoke/vapor clouds that meth makes when exhaled. "Skiing" refers to coke use/ "snow" is coke

He was in DC a couple of weeks ago, yet there was another ad with the same photos running in Puerto Rico. The red flag to me was that the stats in both ads were very different.

He is indeed innocent. Or is he? He did not take precautions to guard his valuables. He reports that the escort was calling out for "party favors" (I assume that did not include noise makers and pointy hats) and he was at least planning on being in an altered state with a man that says anything goes for $180 /hour, well below the going rate in NYC.

So he is a victim, definitely. I have made the same mistakes and paid a price for them. I was not an innocent man, when i made those mistakes. On that occasion I was careless, too trusting, naive and dare I say stupid and fixated on getting laid. On this occasion, the OP was no different that I was.

Best advice to him, learn from this. Do not try this approach again.

Hiring escorts and Getting laid can be a serious and dangerous business. You need to protect yourself by doing more than using a condom.

Sir, did you come here and started two threads on the same guy this morning looking for "empathy" ?

Personally, I'll wait to hear the version of the other side before I make my opinion.

My experience here tells me that people who shout from the rooftops their "innocence" are in reality not as "innocent" as they claim to be.

"I came out of the shower and the guy was talking on the phone supposedly with someone who was going to bring him some party favors, I took a bottle of gray goose for us to enjoy while doing the fantasy"

I don't think your victim shaming. He knew what was going on and it sounds like he liked the idea. Why else would the guy bring up the drug deal and him saying I've got some Vodka for us too. I've been in plenty of those situations myself and got in allot of trouble. However, I look at it as my fault. Not every tweaker is out to steal from you but you have to careful.

As bad as I feel that the encounter turned out the way it did, yes, I think the reviewer should have left at the first sign of a discrepancy.

The reviewer is braver than me, I think I would've just been happy getting my $100 back and not care whether it was the same bill.

I thought the exact same thing. A $100 bill is a $100 bill. Take the money and run, as it were.

To those who asked, parTy does typically refer to crystal meth usage.

As I and someone else pointed out, the reviewer was planning to be in an altered state, as he was introducing Grey Goose (a brand of vodka, for those who are unfamiliar) to the play. I'm guessing the intent was more than just a pre-play martini.

Very kind of you to put the blame on an innocent man.....your empathy is shallow....

No one is assigning blame. Steven, in this case, is pointing out a fact. The ad contains a huge red flag that the reviewer ignored. The escort advertises drug usage and called out for "party favors," about which the reviewer did not seem to be very concerned. Likewise, the reviewer apparently wanted to be intoxicated when he was being dominated. Intoxication, whether by alcohol or narcotics, and sex, with or without domination, do not mix.

I fail to understand why Forum members who point out potential red flags and/or suggest a client might have contributed to a bad outcome are labeled as "blaming," "bullying," and "siding with the escort." Pointing out potential problems in a situation is the only way one can learn from it.

First....That is not my review....READ! READ READ! ....2nd I only started one thread...The 2nd was a typo that would not delete...3rd...Why would you doubt someone that is clearly trying to help and warn others....Your suspicions say more about you than the client that was robbed....Shame on you.....I did expect more empathy....I thought wrong...

Apparently Steven has a problem with escorts being accused of anything other than being a saint...There are saints and sinners on both sides...he needs to choose..

what if the 100 he "found" was a counterfeit he was trying to pass off?:p

The question to ask oneself is whether your safety is worth more than $100. Mine is.

Yes this was an awful event but this is one of those reviews that everyone can learn from including the reviewer. This is a teaching moment. I have been there. Many moons ago prior to engaging in hiring of gentlemen I used the old fashioned personals and made a date with a gent at a hotel. NAIVE "BART" had his wallet in his pants and other information. Fortunately I had only $40 in my wallet. I went to bathroom came out and "friend" said he was going to grab a water from machine and never returned. Called and said he was ill and left. My wallet with him. I called and he said he found my wallet on the ground. That dumb I am not. So I have never since taken my wallet to a meeting, no jewelry and only take enough for a tip in my shoe. If I book the room all valuables are in the safe along with Ipad. Phone I put out of sight. As to taking my identity with me so the police can identify me, I would rather be a John Doe rather than be known as the "John"

Drugs 12 years never exposed to any until a year ago Chicago. Gentleman enters room asks if I want to do some Tina I stared at the guy because I had no clue what he is talking about. I should have Oh hell no and leave but did not, needless to say he never got hard but I was unharmed. Two hours later I had a second gentleman stop by ( I was horny) glazed eyes and reeked of smoke again I should have said oh hell no but little head said what could be so bad. Man was like a Mexican jumping bean he was hopping all over the place. At least he did get hard and gone in 20 min, thank god!

I have now changed my inquiries to specifically say "no drugs and if you are on drugs you will be turned away. I do not contact anyone who lists "party" or pnp in ad. It is a no go for me.

While I understand that line of thinking, I was thinking more globally. For example, getting hit by a car. Tripping, falling, hitting your head on the pavement (or in the bathtub), and becoming knocked unconscious. That kind of thing.
