Reminds me of a comedy bit David Letterman did many many many years ago showing stills from failed TV pilots. A very similar photo was used for the apocryphal sitcom: A Hatful of Harry. I have no idea why I remember a bad joke from a sketch that must be 20 years old. The mind is a strange machine.
