No, Danni's story doesn't seem fake to me. In fact, much of what Danni wrote rings true even of guys with a fraction of the net worth quoted. (That's probably because, beyond about 40M, additional money doesn't buy a better lifestyle. The most important thing that money can buy beyond that point is the capacity to own and maintain a jet, though this particular boss man apparently prefers a fractional.)

 

As Danni says, the obsession with exclusivity is indeed near universal among this group, whether or not they say it in polite company. They prefer clubs with serious doors, for example. This has nothing to do with wanting hot girls, who are in the clubs regardless. They just like the exclusivity.

 

And yes, some of them are into clothes. But a purportedly straight guy arranging a back door entrance at Prada? The concept of exclusivity is subjective. What it is to one person, it is different for another. Once one can afford that concept, then you would surprised how quickly it is no longer required. I'm in a bit of a pickle and looking for direction.

 

I work as a head assistant for a very high-powered, semi-publicly known and moneyed man in New York. He recently informed me, to my surprise, that he would like me to find him a male escort. I say "to my surprise" because... A. As far as I and most people know, he's straight and married. B. I think I may be one of only a handful of people he's every "come out" to. And C. They also have to be whip smart, engaging and have a great personality. He has the money to take care of any geographical problems easily so location is not as important. Surely, there are many who could fit the bill in the Rentboy ads and some of you could say, "look at so and so" but...

The issue is not cost, but pride. He "feels" the he cash he is handing over, and handing over extra makes some men feel like unattractive dupes. Meanwhile the cost of the fuel and pilot is taken care of by his accountant.
