OK, I'll have to be enlightened. First, he acts like a nob to his female companion over retirement. Second, he leaves her alone at lunch for what seems to be an extended time. Third, he gets together with Keanu Reeves, in exchange for the car. Fourth, he drives back to his friend, shouting, "I'm back baby."

Is your dislike for the clip that it reeks of dishonesty, and hypocrisy? I am not familiar the Ari Gold character. Will watch a few clips from the movie to get caught up.

As best as I can tell, Ari has retired to Italy at the request of his wife, probably after some personal issue. He is a driven man and hates it and misses the power player life. He sees Keanu Reeves as the Italian version of himself at that dreamlike Italian talent agency and with his wife's consent, he heads back to the life he left behind. The bicycle chase was hopefully a metaphor, because it strain credulity. The show always seemed to me to be about the feel of show business rather than centering on reasonable story line and good acting. It was a have good looking people do mildly amusing things in elaborated settings and have cameos by famous people and you have a show.

The story lines were not what kept me away from the show. I just can't watch Jeremy Piven in anything. I have friends who are addicted to Mr. Selfridge on PBS and I don't last 5 seconds with it, again because of him. I don't know what it is but I have a physical aversion to the man. He's over hyped, overrated and over exposed - like a Kardashian.

Exactly. Only for the film, the show has graduated to bigger stars (if you could still call Keanu a big star). "Entourage" was never a great show, but usually entertaining. I shall probably see the film but I say that about a lot of film that I end up never seeing. Marylander, I am sure why you dislike the promo.

Thanks, way off on that one. That's why I like to keep company with people smarter than I am. Some days it seem they are the only ones I keep company with!

Piven still has to live down the rather crazy bind he got himself into back in 2008, when he had to leave a Broadway run of Mamet's Speed-The-Plow because of (supposed) mercury poisoning from (supposedly) eating too much sushi. Still seems fishy to me.

All I can say is that, if a Piven lookalike advertised on RB, I would be verrrrry excited.

I prefer my Jeremy Piven balding and hairy, like he was twenty years ago.

I could never stand anything with him in it. Maybe its me but Jeremy Piven simply can't act. Just the thought of Keanu Reeves and Jeremy Pivens seems laughable if the thought of it were not so painful.
