Browsing one of the massage websites within "our" universe of possibiliteis I came across a super hot looking guy (who, btw, included some provocative pics in his posting) along with this text:

Professional therapist means that i have boundaries so please dont push them. Ive been practicing this art for a lomg time and committed alot of hours to be as good as i am at it so if you dont like the price there are plenty of inexperienced "musieurs" u can go to. I am here for business purposes. Doesnt mean i wont participate in extra curricular acts. I give my massages in my underwear and a shirt on. At the end i will give u a show and dance for u at which time u can do with yourself as you please. During the massage u are in my world and if u want to touch there will be $30 added to ur hour or 2 hour payment. Table and product supplied will add $20. If u prefer to be on bed and use ur own lotion this is the flat normal rate. Thank you. Cant wait to meet all you respectful men who appreciate great massage:)

Normally I would immediately pass him by, but he pushes lots of my "buttons" - any feedback advice?

This ad turns me off, and I would need a lot of other reasons to give him a try. Can you send a link to his ad?

I have had other masseurs charge extra to bring their table for an out call, so that does not bother me, but the rest of it is certainly unusual. For example, why would he wear underwear and a shirt? Maybe he gets cold??

Since he pushes a lot of your buttons, what have you got to lose? If you do see him, please give us a brief report here.

I'd pass on him - too many red flags. He sounds odd and a bit self-entitled, and his declarations sound all the more annoying because his grammar is sketchy. And his menu pricing is most concerning: his outcall rate is high enough at $200 (pretty much escort rates) before you factor in that he basically will let you get yourself off at the end without any help. I assume that you would want a more sensual massage, and will tack on $30 if you want to touch him. Meanwhile, he will also add $20 if you want him to bring his table and lotion. That's preposterous: unless he's offering an incall, he shouldn't penalize you with additional charges, especially at$200, to properly give you a massage on a table at your home, IMHO.

FYI in another ad, he has more a la carte items (as well as more pics, albeit G rated ones: http://www.malemassagelist.com/profile.cfm?id=3482 )

Also, the Private Pictures are there for a reason, otherwise why include them, but he writes at the bottom of the ad:

stop asking for pictures

Automatically when I get a private gallery request I think...CREEP. If u don't believe that's me in my pictures or u want to see more, y bother. Stop wasting my time. If your serious about getting great massage then just ask for my number or message me your availability. Thank you

Maybe his personality's better in person and he's just a terrible writer, but I'd pass based on what he wrote, hot pics notwithstanding.

One more thing: his headline, Exspurt Therapist. stay8 is code might indicate he's more inclined towards a happy ending than the rest of his ad indicates. Although WTF does 'stay8 is code' mean?

That's the code for his private pictures. Take a look. There's nothing there that would make me even think about hiring him, given all the red flags in his ad.

AH, duh! I didn't even think of it in terms of his hidden pics.

After seeing them, I can see why the OP would be tempted, as he's certainly hot. But it still doesn't indicate that he's willing to let you indulge, which makes this really feel more like bait and switch... or in his case, at least a lot of upcharges.

hey guys.... appreciate the reality check and i think we are ALL of one mind here - nice to be thinking with the right head sometimes! (especially like le whore's references to the guy seeming a bit "entitled" hehe.... and we KNOW how that translates when we are trying to get a good massage - or whatever)

You're spending too much money to subject yourself to that kind of attitude. He's a service provider - rule one of providing a personal service is that you're polite to the person paying you.

Let me get this straight if I can: you are charged for the use of his table AND you get to pay extra for his lotion? He will, apparently, dance for you at the end of the massage (Hmm, well that will certainly do it for me. . . ) - I wonder if there is an extra charge for the music or perhaps he sings and dances at the same time - bound to be an extra fee for that too. I'm close enough to Wilmington but I think I could pass this opportunity up.

Rule of advertising: Never lead with a negative. Ads are to attract leads, not discourage them. If there are reasonable disclaimers or restrictions, slip them in respectfully and discreetly at the bottom, e.g. "no bareback," "top only," "out-calls only." I find comments like "serious inquiries only," or "rates non-negotiable," or anything beginning with "don't ask about..." to be off-putting--no way to run a business. Specific requests and limitations can be discussed thoroughly and respectfully by phone, text or email after initial contact has been made. The escort needs to realize that the time and effort spent screening clients is part of the business. If a prospective client is obviously wasting the escort's time with frivolous emails, then don't answer them. When offering a personal service, one should make oneself appear as attractive (personally as well as physically) as possible.
