There are way too many sexy men in hundreds (thousands?) of music videos for me to pick just one as the sexiest. Britney frequently had at least one hot guy in her videos. I still fondly remember the two hotties in Janet Jackson's "Love Will Never Do (Without You)" video, Antonio Sabàto, Jr. and Djimon Hounsou. If I'm not mistaken, this might have been Antonio's first taste of fame.
