No, I didn't know that. I guess that's why on my hot list Tony's ad just automatically turned into James's. Over the past few months Tony periodically texted me pics of straight guys who he thought I might be interested in but that was before i ever even met Tony and I would tell him it was him I was interested in meeting, not whoever he was representing.

OK, color me confused. Yesterday (Monday) I got all excited because I saw Rentboy ads for Tony Capucci visiting LA this week. Same pattern as described above - no less than seven identical ads. Now today (Tuesday) there is no Capucci ad to be found - but there are several identical ads for a 'James' visiting LA, with much the same wording as the Capucci ad. (The pics in the ads for James look ridiculously photoshopped, BTW.) I am still interested in Tony Capucci (no others). Does he or doesn't he escort?

 

(I have to admit I am surprised to see his name out and about at all lately - it's been years since he starred in porn. Although I think he did make an appearance at Adonis in NYC within the past year.)

I've met Tony C a few times here NYC, by met I mean socially lol, he's more mature and thicker than some of the pics, and an UNBELIEVABLY sexy man. He is basically a very str8 Italian guy from New Jersey. Last time I saw him he was pissed that his adult work had spilled into his private social media when his real name was leaked somewhere, he seemed more like he wanted that part of his life behind him. So I was surprised to see he was seeing clients again. ($$$ is a powerful inducer I guess lol) Re a pimp, yes, I know there is a guy who handles it all (posting the ads the phones etc) for several actors like Tony, never met him thou. The ONLY way to get directly to your guy is to know a former client who has priv cell. (I snagged an un-advertised Jason Adonis that way a few yrs ago :-)

He's from Brooklyn, though, not New Jersey. Bay ridge to be exact. We talked about that because I live in Williamsburg and he said his only remaining relative in Brooklyn lives in W'burg.

 

I may have been confused you're probably right, I "think" he has sibling (s) who've moved to NJ and when he said he visits family there I may have just assumed that's where he was from :-) And YES it's very confusing when you're talking to a REP who DOESN'T identify themselves as a third party! That's why I said you must make it clear to your scort that you must have their direct contact info if they want you to be a repeat client. (that's what I do) "Some", like Tristan Baldwin, do it the RIGHT way, his (former he works alone now) booker always made it clear he was a third party handling the scheduling for Tristan, and that DIRECT contact from Tristan would follow to confirm the appointment. Curious: Re this pimp lol, in the case of Tristan Baldwin it was a "super fan" who handled his booking pro bono, but to anyone here who's hired Tony; does his RATE reflect what I'm sure is the "fee" the handler takes for himself??? I paid Tony cash directly. I didn't even know about the handler until Tony told me about him. I noticed that Tony wasn't aware of messages I'd sent him that I thought he had responded to himself, but it turned out the handler had written the replies. When Tony didn't know what I wanted to do with him after writing him a bunch of texts stating what I wanted to do I asked him why he didn't know and that's when he told me about the person who handles his escorting affairs. We did do what I wanted, so there was no problem.

this pretty much reflects my experience when I tried to meet with Anthony Logger (his stage name).....and I think the same rep (pimp) is repping Tony C, Anthony L, and others....I was happily sending notes to "Anthony" introducing myself and mentioning what I like, then eventually realized it was a rep......all very complicated.....

I just had a few Email exchanges (made it clear I knew I was talking to a rep by always speaking of Tony in the 3rd person, how long is Tony in town, what are Tony's rates etc) but the "agent" never aknowleged that, continued to answer in the 1st person. I will be in town blah blah days, I look like my photos they're current, etc. WHAT is the BFD with just SAYING I'm a rep I do his bookings etc??? Way better than letting us blather on about personal shit in Es or texts likes dislikes etc that the scort will NEVER see or know.
