Hello Everyone,

On my way out to enjoy this Beautiful Sunday here in Vegas shopping and being outdoors enjoying the many wonders of what Vegas has to offer - spend some quality time with friends here in town maybe, but before I do - I wanted to see how everyone's Valentines Day went last night. Mine was quite eventful mostly spending good quality time with clients, and friends. Plenty satisfying enough for me. The only thing missing were the heart shaped chocolates, but oh well - I can go get my own chocolates. As a matter of fact - since VD is over, all the drug stores are gonna be selling all the VD candies half off. I know where I'll be later tonight. LOL. Probably tonight's VD date back at the hotel will be in front of the TV with a glass of milk in a wine glass watching "Friends" and eating a 1 pound box of chocolate covered cherries I bought at Walgreens. LOL. Good enough date for me any day when nothing else is going on to be quite honest with you. :p. Watching TV while you enjoy eating your heart out on chocolate covered cherries when bored once in while can be quite therapeutic once in a while when dateless. LOL. :)~. It can be considered another form of relaxation in many ways. It can be at times my "Relaxation" method at that moment, but do pay for it royally in the end by spending 1 to 2hrs in the gym burning off that so called "Therapy". LOL. Trust me - I will be in the gym the next morning getting my butt kicked by a treadmill and a 6 foot 5 trainer by the name of Jake lifting weights. I guess there is a price for eating your heart out now and then, but so well worth it when bored. LOL.

So tell me people - Share with me how your 2015 Valentine's Day was last night with that special loved one in your life?

Ewww -

Well that's no fun as I am so sorry to hear that, Tyro. Maybe to make yourself feel better about last night's devastation you should do my "relaxation" method to ease your disappointment. LOL. It helps. :p. Truly dude - I am very sorry that happened to you as that's no fun at all. I'm sure your besties understood as no one can fight the weather.

Hmmmm...

Yeah, yesterday was rough. It's been almost exactly a year since my weather-related, car-totaling, taking-T-out-of-commission-fo'-a-minnit accident too. I'm just glad I had sense enough to turn around; there were accidents all along the OH Turnpike and IN Toll Road yesterday. :(

Man, mine BLEW. On my way to see my besties in Chicago, I encountered white-out conditions. I turned around and went home. It took an hour to go 15.7 miles. :(

Well thank God you made it home safe, that's the only thing that's important....plus you got a new "Chariot" out of the deal. ;)

Chocolate-covered cherries... oh man, those are my favorite! I could easily eat a whole box in one sitting.

My guy and I had a very low-key VDay, partly because he has a cold and partly because we're not really up for holiday stuff. But had a nice dinner at home, watched a couple of episodes of our current binge-watch, a Danish series called The Protectors (I've got a crush on André Babikian, hubby has a thing for Søren Vejby), then walked the dogs down to the corner store to get a pint of ice cream. So yeah, kinda boring perhaps but we enjoyed it.

And Tyro girl, I'm sorry your travels didn't work out but glad you and Bernie Buick got back home unscathed. You're both lookers, so gotta take care of yourselves!

Well, I actually hired an escort who had a very affordable overnight rate. He actually brought me a red rose! I've never had an escort bring me a rose before! He may be the last escort I hire. Things are getting serious with a man I've met online. He wants a monogamous relationship. Will this escort be the 2nd to the last man I ever sleep with?? He was great. I actually came twice, which I rarely do...

Well, I had a wonderful, hot time with my favorite guy in Dallas! He brought me chocolate covered strawberries and a big floral arrangement that is absolutely gorgeous and smells so sweet, not quite as sweet as he smells, but sweet! We caught up on the 5 months since our last meeting and had a great time talking about what has been happening in our lives.

Of course, we had some of the greatest making-out and hottest sex too. It is always so intense when he and I get together and ever since he surprised me the first Valentine’s Day I hired him by bringing me candy and flowers, we’ve made seeing each other during this particular holiday a very exciting tradition! :)

Jealous!!

But if anyone deserves a nice Valentine's Day, it's TruHart1.

And Nate.

Well, maybe Uni too. Just kidding. ;) In all seriousness, I'm VERY happy for Uni if Mr. Online turns out to be awesome. My Mr. Online is turning out to be pretty awesome too. :)

Ahhhh dear Ms. T. Such a nice comment. I hope it warms up soon there so the roads are open and you and your Mr. Online can see each other soon to celebrate a belated catch-up VDay!

I spent my first Valentine's Day by myself in many years making the mulled wine (or glogg or gluhwein) I meant to make on New Year's Eve but didn't.

Actually, I wasn't sure I'd be able to make it then, as the cork wasn't cooperative, but I got it out eventually.

I should have come your way ;)...I spent my Valentine's Day alone also, sipping on a rather cheap Merlot, and munching on a box of Ferrero Rocher. Late in the evening I lit some candles, and realized that being alone was OK.

I used an inexpensive Merlot as a base for the mulled wine! Yours didn't happen to be Cupcake brand, did it?

I was happy to be celebrating alone (if "celebrating" is even the right word). And since I have the mother of the other three cats with me (who is quite happy to be on her own, thank you), I wasn't entirely alone.

True, but Chicago has that kind of progress during normal RUSH hour! I remember hearing, in 2007, from the Spaghetti Bowl to Elmhurst, and hour and 50 minutes. I'm glad I moved when I did, even though River Forest was my home town.

My 'date' (an old friend) got sick Friday night and cancelled dinner plans. I also came down with a cold Friday night (still in the last throes of it) and spent the night in bed (alone). Even if I had been feeling well, my back-up 'date' (the old friend's ex-husband) also mentioned he was down with possible food poisoning. this won't go down as one of my best birthdays. But not my worst either.

The Roommate and I spent the day bickering at each other, as is our wont, and waiting for the next leak to appear.

We have no front lawn; the snow is uniformly three feet thick, and it's COLD.

Gallahadesquire, my sympathy. I can imagine how many in the Boston-New England area are undergoing serious cabin fever that can test the strength of the best relationships. I saw some photos last evening of the immense snow-fall in your area. What will be worse (so hold on to your hats) will be the melting once temperatures return to normal, and then let the fun begin with roof repairs. If I had investment money right now it would go into companies doing roofing repairs!!!!!
