Mike is definitely not in his 40s. More like his mid-30s. And I've lost count of the number of guys I've hired who are in their mid-30s, but claim to be in their late-20s. He could be low 40's I suppose, but I think hi 30's much more likely. I admit to being a little surprised he wasn't somewhat younger looking, but the skill and the experience were so good, I didn't care.
