and why in Hell have I never heard of this show?....(is it because I don't have cable?)

It's on the ABC network. Not cable.

There is one scene in the opening episode in which a law student goes to his female instructors home and the door is ajar. He walks in and she is receiving oral on her desk. The man doing the deed then stands there shirtless and he has one of the most magnificent muscular physiques on TV. This show seems to be pushing the sexulaity and it has the sexy men to do it.

thanks, Tru....I just about have given up on network television, so I guess that explains it....my TV is now mostly a vehicle for Netflix DVDs, but I'll look for this show now

Can't find a clip of that scene that PK was talking about, but the actor is Billy Brown (used to be on Dexter and Sons of Anarchy). Has apparently been working out ALOT since those shows.

I saw the second episode and was indeed impressed in seeing realistic gay characters being portrayed.

The irony is that the only "real" on the show is the gay characters! They play really fast and loose with the lawyerish stuff and the legal stuff and all the other stuff that the show is supposed to be about.

But, man, when the gay law student "met" his (female) classmate's (male) fiancee, only it was clear they'd met before ... and he leans in to her and says "looks like we had more in common than I thought". Turns out the boys knew each other in boarding school. An all-male boarding school. WELL!

Later the fiancee says to his woman "we were horny teenagers in an all-male boarding school". As you do.

I'm loving the way this show is handling the gay.

Kissy-kissy, gropey-gropey men on NETWORK television? Wow!

When I viewed this segment for the first time two weeks ago-- I was elated as well as quite, quite, quite surprise by the candid dialogue and subsequent follow-up action!!! I hope to watch this program weekly

on Wednesday eves!
