Do they still have a good selection of Eastern Europeans ? Latin men are hot but diversity would be even hotter ;)

European ancestry.

Are they mostly Spaniards or from different parts of Europe, if you recall?

I met men from a variety of European countries.  Some I even meet two weeks later at the sauna in Zurich (separate discussion thread), but it shows that the same boys travel a good deal.

I was there last June and hired a Moroccan.

I think I recall hiring that same Moroccan, multiple times 😁

Do you remember his name?

Hassan or Hassam or something similar. He didn’t speak English only Arabic and Spanish.

Oh he's absolutely amazing! I've seen him every time I've been to Barcelona in the past year.

Couldn’t agree more!

This is a comment about Nicolas from Chile, right?

That was way back on the previous page, 11 posts ago! It's hard to keep track of guys without a name. 🥰

Yes, it is about him. If you click on the arrow at the right of the reference line, it takes you to the post that was referenced so you can see the context.

Most of them are not local, which makes sense—if someone chooses to engage in prostitution, they likely prefer to do so far from their hometown to avoid becoming a subject of gossip or scrutiny within their home community.

When I was there, I ran into a Portuguese, Greek, Moroccan, and a Colombian.

I am going to Barcelona next week and I am planning to visit Thermas for the first time.  Has anyone been there lately? What are the best days and times to visit?  I guess it is kind of slow in January.  Also any recommendations by DM of guys to look for or avoid when I am there will be appreciated!

As always, best times are Friday and Saturday between 4pm and 8pm. Although some guys start leaving around 7pm and by 8:30pm the place is almost deserted.

Wednesday is usually also a good bet, also from 4pm to 8pm.

Even in slow months (though I'm not really sure they have slow months) these are the times with the highest chance of the most guys being there.

Monday is usually very quiet, Thursday is a bit better but barely. I've never been on a Tuesday and Sunday can go any which way, depending on a lot of factors, though Sundays will usually be less busy than a Friday or Saturday.

I was there for a short visit in the last few weeks and it was very slow on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Any recent news coming out of Barcelona /  Thermas , etc.  ?

I know it's not back to its glory days, but is there any muscle action still there?

Not sure where you got this idea. I've been going there for close to seven years now and apart from Covid, the sauna has always had the same quality of guys, and they also recently renovated a large part of the site. There's less Eastern European men these days, but plenty of muscle action, yes. Though those guys tend to be straight and need a bit more clarification on what they will and won't do.

Glad to hear your report, but others suggested that the muscle men had left the building ala Elvis...maybe depends on day of the week ?

where are the muscle men from if you happen to know ?

The last few years I'd say more than 90% of guys are from South America, with a few (North) Africans.

It depends on your definition of muscle men. In the years I've gone, I've only ever really seen one or two bodybuilder level muscle guys. I never talked to them so don't know where they were from, though I suspect one of them was Brazilian.

But any time I've gone there are at least a couple of guys with stunning physiques with well defined muscles and six-pack abs, and that's on the slow days. On the busy days there have always been plenty.

Most of the muscular guys look like well trained physiques that come from doing sports instead of the gym, so yeah, if you're looking for HUGE muscles and 2% body fat then no, that's a bit of a rare sight, and always has been for as long as I've gone.

But if you're into guys with hard, defined muscles with visible six-pack abs and v-lines, there's always been guys like that whenever I've visited. They just aren't necessarily HUGE like bodybuilders.

To give you an idea, I've attached a picture of the sort of muscular body type that's represented the most at the sauna.
