The fact that his ad directs to Georgetown might explain his arrogant behavior. Those who have visited Georgetown must admit it is a beautiful and historical place. Now, whether being based in Georgetown justifies an escort's arrogance is quite another story.

I also contacted him. He quoted me $400. I questioned that and he suggested we Skype which I did. Based on his cam, I would say the pics in the ad are probably him, but are not recent as he is now nowhere near as buff as the pics.

I think segmenting by neighborhood can make it easy to buy. For example, if I was staying in Silver Spring and a guy is in Georgetown, I might not want to hire him due to the distance. Although specifying a neighborhood does open the door to sounding snooty, it can work the other way. A prospective client could skip an escort due to his locale. For example, if an escort listed "Downtown LA," many members would not want to hire him because despite its recent upturn (albeit small) that neighborhood has a history of being a bad place to live. Oh, wait, that has happened. Right here on the forum!

For example, group by city ("Washington DC"), allow the escort to specify a neighborhood ("Georgetown" or "Adams Morgan") and then allow users to search by city or sub-area.
