When I read the article that was posted in the forum he and his family claim that after he got married and had a son he has stopped engaging in criminal activities and is a different person. I know, he may very well be a lier, but doesn't he deserve to be treated as innocent until proven guilty? As for him having committed criminal acts in the past there's no doubt about that, but he served his time.

 

It's been a couple of days since I read about this guy, but if I remember correctly this mug shot is recent and his recent arrest was due to a weapons violation since he's a convicted killer on parole. I'd hardly call that "innocent." Yes, I believe people can change, but I also believe that the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. If he really was no longer engaging in criminal acts and was a different person, why was he knowingly violating his parole?

Maybe because if you were a gang member and had lived a violent life before you're always scared that someone is going to come after you? We live in a gun crazy culture, heck Georgia just passed a law allowing ex-felons to carry arms. I have to admit, it's somewhat funny seeing people get so up in arms over a minor probation violation. It's not exactly like other things that people do aren't an issue and wouldn't be roundly condemned by others.

That's how things should work but in the US its a myth. "Innocent until proven guilty" isn't what happens (think perp walks too) and the ramifications for any conviction (particularly if someone has spent time behind bars) are onerous for life. People with records have an extremely difficult time finding housing (landlord can deny for any conviction), getting a job (employers can deny for any conviction even if its been decades and/or that the conviction related activity has nothing to do with the job), etc. There are too many cases where offenders commit minor crimes just to get off the street and obtain housing, food and very basic medical care.

@Mocha -we aren't ever going to meet, so this is not an attempt to butter you up. But you are 1000 times handsomer then he is. He's got a 'model-like' facial bone structure. It gives him that hollow-cheeked look with a square jaw that some people like-doesn't do that much for me. And he has blue eyes which are an interesting contrast. But at least for me, aside from those two features which are, if you'll pardon the expression considering his recent incarceration, arresting, he's just not that handsome. You on the other hand have a very handsome face.

I can hardly graciously accept your compliment. Far too flattered. Blue eyes is a very recessive trait in non-Euros. Anyone caught having them is auto-worshipped.

 

As for the top comment...He don't have to fuck it just for me to suck it. I'll suck it til I'm blue in the eyes too. Genetic mutation by permeation honey.

It's recessive in Caucasians too. For example-my Mom's eyes are grey-ish blue. (Yes, Jews can have blue eyes. In fact she was blonde as a child). My Dad's eyes are brown. My brother's eyes are brown with maybe a hint of hazel. My eyes are brown with maybe an occasional vague hazel tint.
